Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?▼
We serve Klickitat County in Washington State, including Lyle, Trout Lake, and surrounding communities. Use our coverage checker to see if fiber service is available at your address.
Is there a Contract or Data caps?▼
There's no contract term, service is month to month and no data caps. Use as much internet as you would like.
What speeds do you offer?▼
We offer a range of fiber plans to fit your needs. All plans include guaranteed minimum speeds — not "up to" marketing numbers. Our fiber service delivers symmetrical speeds, meaning your upload speed is the same as your download speed.
How does installation work?▼
After signup, we schedule a site survey to determine the best way to bring fiber to your property. Our local team handles all installation.
Are you locally owned?▼
Founded by Melissa Kephart & Shane Milburn, Klick Networks is a locally owned and operated internet service provider based in Lyle, Washington. We love living here, and we hope that bringing high-speed internet to the area helps our neighbors thrive personally and professionally.
What are your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service?▼
You can read our full policies at the links below.
How does fiber compare to satellite internet?▼
TL;DR: We deliver faster speeds at a lower price than satellite.
Klick Networks delivers dramatically lower latency, symmetrical upload and download speeds, zero data caps, and rock-solid reliability — rain or shine. Once you've experienced fiber, satellite feels like dial-up. And when something comes up, you'll reach a real human every time — by call, text, or email.
Will you help me set up my WiFi router and connect my devices?▼
Absolutely. We provide white-glove service — during your installation, our team can set up your WiFi router and get all your devices connected, including TVs, phones, computers, and smart home gear. Just ask and we'll take care of it.
What WiFi router do you recommend?▼
We recommend the TP-Link Deco AX3000 mesh system — a great performer at around $79*. These can be purchased as a single unit or in 2- or 3-node kits to cover your entire home.
A mesh network eliminates WiFi dead zones by placing additional nodes throughout your home, each providing full-strength signal. It's similar to a WiFi extender but delivers better, more consistent performance. The best part: the nodes communicate wirelessly — no cables between them. If your router isn't centrally located, we recommend at least the 2-node kit. Large homes or multi-story layouts may benefit from the 3-node kit.
